My tentative translation of YUZU's "ITSUKA" Song

Bit by bit, the city is sensing chilly winds
I think of you, as you always get cold in winter.
The winter scent is passing through me,
I want to see you more than too much, lonely to death

Being hurt and being struggling
We continue to live, dreaming tomorrow.

Someday, whenever you feel too lonely
Wherever, whenever might be, I am coming to you
Just throw away the familiar phrases
Nothing is needed, You here, that is All of me.

This year, does it snow?
Remembering the days when we played wet outside
The white snow is falling down, and
wrapping all things softly

Being lost and being stranded,
We continue to walk upon "Yesterday"
