Taoist’s Way For Females Called “Chi Kung To Cut Red Dragon”

女修丹道:断赤龍功法
Taoist’s Way For Females
Called “Chi Kung To Cut Red Dragon”
(This is just an idea, and you may need good instructions from those well-versed in this field.)
***************
Generally speaking, the female is of the Ying, and in it, the woman has to pay attention to blood before Chi energy: she practices focusing the point between the two bosoms with certain breathing.
The point is that you change your blood into Chi energy to accumulate into your bosom or breast area. And in due process, the red menstrual blood changes into yellow and then, white one gradually. Finally, the blood of the monthly periods changes directly into Chi to circulate automatically throughout the body. :your skin now shines and the breasts will be nicely shaped.
When you wake up, shake your teeth 7 times, and softly massage your back of the ears, and massage well the bosoms 36 times, and circulate your waist forward and backward. Drink up your saliva 9 times, and by your intention, let your saliva reach to your solar plexus or under the navel. From navel, let the energy of the saliva run into your anus and then, your coccyx.
**************
Stay a little while in your coccyx area. When you feel a gush of Chi or energies born, then, lift these energies along your spine to your waist, shoulder, and C7 and neck and reach the skull into the top of the head. Keep your tongue touching the backside of the upper teeth, and let the energies coming down from the top to your nose and tongue and throat and into heart. This is called “Small Cosmic Orbit Circulation”.
**************
After 7 times circulations of the small cosmic orbit, then you massage your breasts 7 times well. Put your right hand at the coccyx, and then, circulate energy from the coccyx along the spine into head, and down into the throat, and then, store the energies into the left bosom with drinking the saliva. And so, put your left hand at the coccyx and do the same, and in the end, store the energies into the right bosom.
By this way, your monthly period will not happen, and you do not lose the energies.
The lady loses the life force by menstruating.
*****************
If you would get back your period, then, hit your teeth together 7 times, massage the eardrums, and do some breathing exercises. After this, keep your thumbs touching upon the nipples, and with soft breathing, massage well the nipples and the bosoms 120 times. And gradually your period will come again.
