My eating habits nowadays is to eat 1 piece of banana, and kiwi at least, with berries and yoghurt.
Of course, I am paying much attention to food fiber for guts health sake, including probiotics, and prebiotics. Some lactic supporting food also.
My coffee is with ginger powder and cinnamon powder, for these have antiaging effects to keep blood qualities, blood tubes.
