Well, you know, in Dubai, there are many types of beaches; public beach, and private beaches, and if you pay 5 DHS, then, you can use Jumeirah Beach Park as shown in the HP below.
And it seems that this beach park is a favorite beach for Russians, for there are many notices written in Russian.
Well, when you stay at Riviera Hotel on Baniyas Road, there is a bus at 8 am to transport you to this beach park to pick you back at 1 pm; Do not try to walk to Wild Wadi from Jumeirah Beach Park!!! Very afar, however, you may use public buses.
