Radish To Become Japanese Pickles "TAKUAN ZUKE"


Well, these are M's mother-made Radish (not your legs) in her home garden, and she is going to make them into TAKUAN, one of the Japanese pickles preserved nicely.
And, TAKUAN is the name of the famous monk in the medieval Japan, who was a pioneer to make this type of the pickle, you know.
