Have you tried Ear Candle Massage?
I have tried here today this by 25 Singapore Dollars for 30 minutes.
Well, this uses special candles for ear purpose, and to put one of them in the ear; it warms you from inside the ear, and at the same time, you have some massage around head and ear and face.
My impression is that this ear candle massage is not bad, and verily relaxing.
