Animation "Innocence" By Mr. Mamoru Oshii

I saw yesterday a movie called "Innocence" by Mr. Mamoru Oshii, who is one of the leading Japanese animators; his theme is what the human-being is in the age of cyborg, when differences between the human body and synthetic body together with virtual matrix are very vague.

Yes, this movie is, from aura, a sort of "Blade Runner", however, animated images are outstanding, and music is oriental-flavored, and in essence, this movie asks you whether you do really feel you are living in the reality indeed or not.

On the other hand, an animator who is responsible for the design in this movie is Mr. Tetsuya Nishio, who is my classmate in high school, anyway.
