Good Food for Kidney

vitamin B16, Chlorella

 Well, nowadays am I taking some of loquat (medlar) leaves' tea after boiling for 15 minutes or so. The loquat or Japanese plum is actually rich in vitamin B16 that is said to have powers against cancer cells. And so, some drink of the tea is also helpful to prevent any cancer or disease in general, it seems.

 Incidentally, I do prefer personally Chlorella to Spirulina, when some say that the latter is cheap but rich in minerals and so on. Yeah, it sounds so, however,
as for Chlorophyll, Chlorella is, just as its name shows, much richer than that of Spirulina. And Chlorophyll is also said to be effective in preventing the cancer or so.

 Upon this, my choice nowadays is Japanese Plum tea and Chlorella.

Invocation

 Invocation of Angels and Extra-Dimensional Beings....

  Well, we can cooperate with those beings in the dimensions near ours, and Spirit or Body Consciousness shall ascend to Soul being the Immortal....no?

 The year 2017 is a good timing for such invocation, it seems.

connecting Merkaba(Pineal), Heart, and Kundalini?!

 The last breath is, it seems, to be shared with those registered in Drunvalo's system...and it is said that this breath will let you go into the 5th dimension from here; you shall be out of this material reality in a sense.  Is there anyone who has already gone with this Merkaba's last breath or not?
  All in all, "Druvalo" 's body  is still in Sedona, it sounds.


 According to what is said/heard,  connecting Pineal gland with Single Eye of the Heart is one of the preparation needed for the last breath or kinda ascension. Indeed.
  And living from the Heart is the way to be for those seekers. Indeed.


 It feels when connection between the pineal gland and Heart is done, coccyx energy or Kundalini-like wil be also connected automatically; the 3rd eye is actually connected to the coccyx. In it, Pineal Gland- Heart - Kundalini line(PHK) is ON. However, if you intend to fuse Kundalini to the Sacred Space of the Heart together with the Pineal, things shall go more smoothly. Kundalini could be a key element for Earth Core; Pineal for Galaxy core...


  Pineal Gland is energy generator for Merkaba, it feels; in it, the Pineal be Merkaba itself.


  PHK line shall let your bubbling energy flowing into all the cells and bones: in a due course, your material body can be more ethereal with active 5-element-energy or so called "rainbow body".
  Raibow body is, in other methods, called as  Gold Dragon Body, Crystal Body, and so on.
  If you realize this state of being rainbow body, you are already gone into There and come back Here; you have ascended and descended. In a sense, your dyadic spirit has become Dyadic Soul under archetype of Triadic Soul.

All in all,  first step is to reactivate your Merkaba through the pineal gland,  to live from the sacred space of Heart, then to reconnect Merkaba, Heart, Kudalini(Trinity), and let your body with more bubbling.
