(In a sitting posture)
Get comfortable.
Take a few breaths in and out and relax.
Be present, receptive, and available.
There is nothing to do, nowhere else to be.
Nothing to accomplish, figure out, or achieve.
Be as natural as a child dropping its body to the grass.
Drop your mind.
Let it rest in simplicity and awareness.
With a big out breath, chant AHHHH.
Again, breathe in.
Then chant with the exhalation: Ah, ahh, and Ahhhh.
Let the AHHH take you beyond yourself Ahhh.
Turn your mind inside out. AHHH.
Raise your gaze.
Elevate the scope of your luminous sensitive awareness until it becomes like a global 360-degree sphere.
Enjoy the procession of the Dharmakaya- absolute reality.
Watch the Easter parade in your mind pass by like waves in the sea.
And enjoy the spectacle.
There is room for everything.
