Five Elements' Exercises

OK, I give you all a new lesson; Five Elements Energy Works.
You do specific postures around sunrise time, and you do each postures for 7 minutes, if possible. In total, you do 5 postures.

1. Tree Posture
You are Tree.
2. Fire Posture
Pay attention to your small fingers, Lift your attention to sky.
3. Earth Posture
Make a Triangle with both hands
4. Metal Posture
You are Metal.
5. Water Posture
Twist a bit Wrists, and lead your attention to Earth.
